- Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers are accepted. Account details will be provided at checkout.
- Mobile Payments:** Payments can be made via mobile payment services such as E-wallet, Nedbank Send Money, and other supported mobile transfer options.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery for orders within Windhoek. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
2. Payment Process

Upon placing your order, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway to complete your payment.
- Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
- For bank transfers, please ensure the payment reference is your order number to avoid delays.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
- For orders within Windhoek, you may opt for Cash on Delivery. Payment must be made in full to the delivery personnel upon receipt of your order.
- COD is not available for orders outside Windhoek or for large bulk orders.
3. Pricing
- All prices on our website are listed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but once an order is placed, the price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
4. Refunds and Returns
1. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy. Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For COD purchases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile payment services.
2. Returns:
- Items may be returned within 24 hours of receipt as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
- A handling fee may apply for returns on delivered items. No fee will be charged for returns made at the point of pickup.
5. Security
We take the security of your payment information seriously. Our payment gateways are secured with industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We do not store any credit/debit card details on our servers.
6. Late or Failed Payments
