At Wandaamba, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Please read our Delivery Terms carefully to understand the policies and procedures that govern the delivery of your purchases.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Windhoek: We offer free delivery within Windhoek for orders over N$ 300. Orders below this amount may incur a delivery fee.
  • Nationwide: For customers outside Windhoek, we provide courier delivery services across Namibia. The cost of delivery outside Windhoek will be calculated at checkout and is dependent on the destination and size of the order.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Operating Hours: Deliveries within Windhoek are conducted Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 AM to 18:30 PM.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will generally be processed the same day for delivery within Windhoek. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Courier Deliveries: Orders that require courier delivery will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination.

3. Delivery Process

a. Windhoek Deliveries:

  • Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
  • Free delivery is provided for orders over N$ 300. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

b. Nationwide Courier Deliveries:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the courier service and the destination. Most nationwide deliveries are completed within 2-5 business days.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Windhoek: Free for orders over N$ 300. For orders under N$ 300, a delivery fee will apply.
  • Outside Windhoek: Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. These fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Windhoek: If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery team will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If the delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
  • Nationwide: For courier deliveries, the courier company will usually attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the package will be held at the nearest courier office for collection.

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
  • In such cases, we will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible and work to ensure your order is delivered promptly.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes to the delivery address may result in delays.

8. Package Inspection

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting the delivery.
  • If you notice any issues with the packaging, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement.
